Nobel Zira Hotel - Belgrade

During my stay over New Year's, I appreciated the friendly staff and the comfortable rooms. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options and was delicious. I also liked the fact that the hotel had a fitness center and sauna available for guests. the hotel was conveniently located near landmarks, which made exploring the city easier.

That there were no coffee services in the rooms or in the lobby, which forced me to venture out to find a coffee shop. I also noticed that the location wasn't ideal, as many nearby restaurants and shops were closed due to the holiday.

Additionally, the hotel offers excellent room service, dry cleaning, and bell staff/porter services, ensuring that all my needs were taken care of during my stay. The housekeeping staff did a great job in maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms, while the package/parcel services were a convenient option for any deliveries I needed to make. The room amenities were top-notch, with features such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar, providing me with all the comforts of home. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate any request I had, making my stay truly enjoyable.

In conclusion, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The level of comfort, the quality of service, and the prime location make it an ideal choice for any traveler.

Comparing to other Serbian hotels, Zira is much more international in service and comfort. Comparing to any hotel, Zira really surprised us with preparation of food which was more gourmet than usual hotel food. Special compliments to the chef!

Zira is really an international hotel in many ways, but we do recommend that hotel staff in the restaurant try to do better.

The food at this hotel was amazing! They had a variety of different dishes that satisfied everyone's individual taste, and the staff were always willing to prepare a certain dish upon request. the location was great for exploring the city and we were able to easily access public transportation.

On the negative side, we were disappointed to find that our credit cards were not accepted. We also encountered some issues with the shower, as the showerhead was too low for taller guests like myself.

Staff was great and also the design of the hotel and rooms is very pleasant.

Definitely, the fitness center!!! It is poor-equiped in a degree that is not suitable for hotel's category. Organization regarding both: equipment and staff is missing for sure! It was a huge disappointment to me, considering the fact that I stayed 7 days without enjoying my daily 1,5 hour training.

It was conveniently located near the area where we had to attend a conference. the nearby shopping center provided easy access to various cafes and a supermarket. the room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast selection was impressive. We particularly enjoyed the view from the higher floor. the staff was also very welcoming and helpful.

The bathroom amenities were not up to par with our expectations.
